Orders placed within Switzerland are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

International orders are dispatched twice per week on Mondays and Fridays.

📦 Shipping method and tracking

We ship all orders using express premium services only UPS, DHL, FEDEX - only fully insured and signed for.

We dispatch from Switzerland and Germany. Switzerland orders ship from Switzerland. International orders ship from our Germany warehouse twice per week.

Tracking is sent once your parcel is dispatched. In most cases, we will also email you shortly before dispatch.

Free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase

We sell premium high value products, so we take pride in shipping every order completely free of charge.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch

Delivery time is shown at checkout and depends on destination. As a general guide after dispatch:

Switzerland: 1 to 2 business days
EU: 2 to 4 business days
UK: 2 to 5 business days
USA: 3 to 7 business days
Rest of world: 4 to 10 business days

Battery shipping and handling

We ship lithium batteries using compliant carriers and approved shipping methods. Our batteries meet the transport and safety requirements required for regulated international shipping CN3480.

Batteries are shipped at a low charge level for safe transport and storage (20% SOC)
